Free creates an ungraded card you can polish; Pro adds Lifelike grading and a shareable link; Career indexes you in the recruiter network.
On Pro, your card is shareable by link — you control the URL. On Career, you're indexed in our recruiter network and surfaced for matching roles. Free is private by design.
