Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

You agree not to misuse the service: no impersonation or identity fraud, no attempts to defeat integrity/anti-cheating checks, no scraping or reverse engineering, no uploading of unlawful or infringing content, and no use that disrupts the platform or other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

The service conducts AI-driven mock and hiring interviews. Where you consent, sessions may be recorded and identity-verified via a camera liveness and face-match check. Recording and biometric verification are optional and governed by the consent flows and the Privacy Policy.

Questions, feedback, and scores are generated by AI systems and are provided for practice and evaluation purposes. They may contain errors and are not professional, legal, or employment advice, and are not a guarantee of any hiring outcome. Use your own judgment.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on prospective notice.

We and our licensors own the platform and its content. You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g. resumes, answers) and grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the service. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from the platform without permission.

You may stop using the service and delete your account and data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. On deletion we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-product or by email. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions: support@theinterviews.ai.
