Retention windows

• Audio/video recordings: 90 days, then automatically deleted.
• Transcripts and AI-generated feedback: kept until you delete your account.
• Resume files: kept until you delete them from your profile.

Where data is stored

Recordings live in AWS S3 in the us-east-1 region, encrypted at rest. Transcripts and scores live in our primary Postgres database. Third parties that process your data: AWS (hosting), OpenAI (transcription and scoring), Stripe (billing).

Deletion on request

You can delete any individual recording or your full account from settings. Account deletion permanently removes all associated records within 30 days.

BIPA (Illinois residents)

We do not collect, capture, purchase, receive through trade, or otherwise obtain biometric identifiers or biometric information as defined by the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act. Video is used only for presence verification and is not processed through facial recognition or any other biometric pipeline.
