About the role

About the role

TheInterviews.ai has two audiences: candidates who practise interviews, and companies who screen with AI. You will help both find us. This is a hands-on growth role with real budgets of time and attention, tracked links, and weekly numbers. You will write, publish, measure, and iterate, with the founder as your editor.

What you will do

  • Plan and write LinkedIn posts, carousels, and short articles for candidates and hiring managers; run a consistent publishing cadence.
  • Own SEO hygiene on the marketing site and public docs: titles, descriptions, internal links, structured data, and a monthly Search Console review.
  • Build and read funnel dashboards in PostHog: landing to signup to first interview; propose and test one improvement per week.
  • Mint and track campaign links (UTMs) for every channel, including job fairs and partner events like this one, and report what converted.
  • Research competitors and candidate communities; turn insights into content and product feedback.

Apply in 25 minutes

The fastest path is our own product: open the AI interview for this role, enter your email, follow the magic link, and take a 20-minute AI interview. That is round one. Or submit the form below with your resume and we will send you the same interview link.

Details

  • Internship, approximately 12 weeks, starting October/November 2026. 20–40 hours per week, flexible, with a daily Pacific-time overlap window.
  • Remote within the United States. Optional in-person days in San Diego.
  • Students and recent graduates welcome, including F-1 CPT/OPT. Academic credit supported where your program allows.
  • Meet us in person: ITServe Alliance job fair, San Diego, Tuesday 29 September 2026.

What we're looking for

What we look for

  • You write clearly and quickly, and you can adapt tone for students versus recruiters.
  • You are comfortable with numbers: you can build a simple funnel, spot a drop-off, and explain it.
  • You have grown something before, even small: a club, a newsletter, a channel, a campus event.
  • Organised, self-directed, and honest about what did not work.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SEO tools, PostHog/GA4, HubSpot, Canva/Figma, basic HTML, or B2B SaaS marketing.

How we hire

  1. Apply with your resume

  2. 20-minute intro call

  3. A practical exercise or interview

  4. Decision within 5 business days
