Delete your TheInterviews account

This page explains how to delete your TheInterviews account (provided by TheInterviews Inc.), on the web or in the TheInterviews app for Android and iOS, and what happens to your data.

In the TheInterviews app

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is erased immediately and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.

Without the app

Email privacy@theinterviews.ai from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm by email when your account has been erased. We respond within the timeframes required by GDPR/CCPA.

What is deleted, and what is kept

On deletion we erase interview content, recordings, resumes, profile, and biometric templates. If you have a paid plan, its renewal is cancelled first. We anonymise records we are legally required to retain: audit logs are retained for 365 days for security and compliance, and financial records are kept for the period required by law.
